Jonathan Yap

Clinical Associate Professor Jonathan Yap is a Consultant with the Department of Cardiology at NHCS. His sub-specialty interest is in interventional cardiology, pulmonary hypertension and structural heart disease including transcatheter aortic valve interventions (TAVI) for aortic stenosis. He spent a year in the United States performing his advanced fellowship in structural heart interventions at UC Davis Health, a high-volume tertiary cardiac centre.
Clin Assoc Prof Yap has a keen interest in education and research. He is involved in several ongoing research projects and has published extensively in many international scientific journals. He is also the editor of an electrocardiogram (ECG) teaching app.
